Cobalt was very professional and did a fantastic job.  They came out and truly went the extra mile over the weekend to help us with our electrical problem which caused our AC not to work at all. Despite being fully booked, Cobalt came to our home the very next morning when our power was restored. Not only did our AC not work, but our area had a power outage so we couldn’t even run fans in our two-story San Antonio home In close to 100° weather. . I will always be grateful to Cobalt for coming out when things were really getting critical for our pets and ourselves. Not only did they properly and quickly repair our electrical issue, but they called to ensure that I was happy with the quality of their work and to be sure everything was OK. My wife and I became concerned when one of the outlets in our garage suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. We checked the entire house trying to figure out what had happened, but we couldn't find any reason why this one outlet had lost power. Fearing the worst, we called Cobalt Electric, and they responded very quickly. Our technician, Derrick, was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional from the moment he arrived. He worked through everything methodically until he discovered the problem—and, to my embarrassment, it turned out to be an outdoor GFCI outlet that had tripped. I felt pretty silly, but Derrick was awesome about it. He reassured me that it's always better to be safe than sorry and never made me feel bad for calling. That level of professionalism and kindness really stood out. We truly appreciate the excellent service we received from Cobalt Electric and Derrick. Cobalt Electrical responded quickly when one of our kitchen recessed ceiling lights went out. Derrick came out, checked the wiring to make sure everything was safe, and replaced the light. Derrick from Cobalt Electric was wonderful! He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to help us with our tripping breaker and also installed a surge protector to my outside box for extra protection at my request!
